Picking up the Peices...

I know many of you are leaving but some of you are staying.  We as a Division will move on, we will continue, but only with your help.  So please, if you need to vent or you need to talk or feel you aren't being heard, I am here.

I cannot say I can do more than listen but I would much rather you yell at me in private or talk to me in private then have you drift off into the ether over the storm that is currently shaking DM's RP.

I am here, it is my job to insure you feel heard.  I will tell you now that I will not voice my own opinion to counter yours or talk you in circles I will be as honest as I can and keep your conversations private.  I will keep a tally of points made though so we can better understand what you feel, want and need from DM.

I'm here, so talk away.  We need to pick up the peices this storm is sending our way and move on in that shadow. 

DM and the RP have been here for nearly ten years, it is because of the members that stay here (and even those who didn't) that make this so.  Moving forward is going to hard, it will challenge each one of us to make this place better and keep in mind those that have come before whether they left because of some storm that rattled our house or because real life takes them away from us.  We do need to move forward. 

And the first step in that is voicing your opinion in a calm and collected manner.  I encourage you to come to me if you need to talk or yell or vent.  I'm here and I will do my best to see that you are at least heard.
