looks good, but for one thing, intiates dont know how to make gateways ;) only dreads to mainplotlinish give and take, and mae'shadars in indefinate retro

he can stumble upon one,  but he cant have made it, the gateways made in presence of people of non rank to learn it, they are done inverted, meaning you can not read the weave ;)

 

so yes to your question he can stumble upon one *s*

ah nods, um if you want ws then i advice retroing pointy end bad which will bring you up to a 3, we dont asign ws on dread bios because their main power is OP, and as such the majority of them wont have bothered learning a weapon and such in theory wouldnt have a ws, hence the popularity for actual PCs to have so still makes them exceptions to the majority of the dreadlord group ;)

 

if not the other option is to retro his training before he entered the fortress, in which case each rp will earn 1 ws point up to ws 5
