Are they better in a cone or on a stick?

In a waffle bowl with chocolate on the edges of the bowl, and it has to be strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Great place to get great ice cream is Cold Stone.

In a waffle cone. Soft serve or hard, it matters not--so long as there is chocolate in it. :) In fact, I'm going to get some chocolate ice cream right now. The FarSpawn demands it. Thanks for this thread!

While I wholeheartedly agree that a good cone, including chocolate and/or wafflicity where possible, is hard to beat, and on a stick isn't bad when it's actual ice cream and not merely colored sugar water, I'm afraid I'll have to go with "neither" for my answer.

 

It's so much better in a bowl for one reason and one reason only:

 

Toppings.

 

Chocolate shell, crunchy nuts, fruity syrup, cherries or other fruits, caramel, Skittles/M&Ms/gummythings... not to mention banana splits!
