I shall have a guess that it is Vestfold, as that is where you live...

Which language is most like Latin?

1. Italian

2. Bulgarian

3. Romanian

4. French

Please Note: I know what answer I was told a few years back, but if you google it, it could be different to what is my answer. I shall go and check now!

And Spacey is indeed correct. It is Romanian. Congratulations Spacey.

*passes Spacey a M-G Brew for the correct answer*

Everyone says Italian because the Romans originated from there, but it is in fact Romanian. I was told that there basic structure of the langauge is very similar to Latin, and many of the words are the same.

so. new question!! and since we are an army, what better to have a question about famous militairy leaders!!! so here it comes..

When Napoleon was 26, what rank was he in the Army? and yes. it's Napoleon Bonaparte, not the second one. hehe

1.Lieutenant

2.Captain

3.General

4.Major

as a stab in the dark as I have no idea, and can't be bothered cheating, I am going to say Captain.

Heheeh, even if I was wrong I would have liked my answer better, but it dosen't hurt that I was right too.

next question...

Where did Julius Caesar say his famous words veni, vidi, vici?

1. On a promontory at Zela

2. In a letter to his friend Amintius

3. After his campaign in Britain

4. In an inscription displayed during a Roman victory procession

im randomly going to answer this one by saying 3. After his campaign in Britain.

As we discussed a little time ago, it is indeed number 1. So congratulations to Spacey again on answering my question correctly.
