Hey there kinster peeps!! sorry this is late...but better late then never eh? LOL

 

As the topic says....we are gonna cook this month and maybe for the next few months!! sounds be fun and tasty. :)

 

I decided than since i'm the recipes site demi goddess (Cleo is the goddess *G*), i would pick a recpie from the site. so with out further ado....

 

[glow=yellow,2,300]Domani Easy Chicken Parmesan[/glow]

 

4-6 chicken breasts

2 c. crushed cornflakes

2 med. Eggs

Chicken Seasoning (Mix provided in the intructions)

1 stick butter

1 tbl oil

1 pkg. Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Parmesan

4-6 slices honey ham

1 med. Jar Prego sauce w/mushroom

 

Preheat oven to 400 deg.

In a skillet, melt 1 stick butter and 1 tbl. Oil (to prevent burning) Coat chicken in egg and roll in cornflakes; on med-high heat, brown in skillet. Spay cocking spray into cooking dish or pan and transfer chicken to the pan

Place one slice of honey ham per breast, place generous mounds of shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Add, 2 - 3 tbl. Prego per breast. Sprinkle w/parmesan cheese.

Bake 20—30 min.

Serve hot w/your choice of veggies.
