The weekend evening will probally get a little chilly, good time for a fire.  And because this is the season, I think I'll try making s'mores out of peeps.

 

Anyone else ever think of this?

I'd think you wuold be bouncing off the walls from tht sugar rush. It does sound good though.

Peeps are marshmellow chicks or bunnies coated with sugar.

They come in all colors.  I personally don't care for them to much (yum, sugar that tastes like sugar!) but I'm thinkin' if their roasted over a fire, a little chocolate, some grahm crackers....It could be a tasty easter treat!

Yeah, peeps look much better than they taste. About every other year I forget how nasty they are and buy some....never end up eating more than one.

Indeed, they come in all those pretty colors but they all taste the same.  And I think sugar straight isn't all that good.

 

And the rest of you could try this yourselves over the weekend.

Don't get me wrong, I'll eat straight sugar....peeps are just nasty :P

Float the chickie Peeps™ in hot cocoa, it's so cute!!

 

I will admit, the first peep goes down hard, with all the sugar, but after the first one, I can eat quite a few.
