If you go to the bottom of any post, you'll see a window with an arrow beside it.  Click on it to see a listing of the different places you can go in Dragonmount.  One option is "Wagons of the Tuatha'an".  Once there, you'll see a list which should include the post mentioned above.  Again, sorry for the oversight on my part.
