I think it's a part of a marketing campaign for "Paltalk" (banner at the top of the page). My tabbed browser lists this as "Viral Marketing Interface". No worries, it's not a real virus but it is betting that we will think it is funny and so pass it on and do the advertising for them. But as far as I can tell it didn't even leave a cookie on my computer.
