I have a OP score but I did not receive a WS.  Geirrin has had no formal training before coming to the tower.  Well actually no training at all except with a belt knife and a fishing gaff.  I am going to assume that he started with a WS of 0.

 

Is that basically how it works or do we need to receive an official starting WS from a Div officer?

According to what i picked up, a WS of 0-3 is assigned when your app is accepted. In the event you start off with WS 0, your intro thread can bump you up to WS 1. If you're already on 1 (or higher), no cookie for you.

 

Best to play it safe and assume you're at WS 1 until told otherwise. Even if you're wrong, they'll notice sooner or later ^^;

I'll assume he was a 0 from the start which is what he should have been.  Nice then with his arrival thread he is a whopping 1 woohoo!!!!  ;D
