Not really good at introducing myself, but I think its a great way to start on these boards. My name is Kevin and I'm 24 years old, about to turn 25 on Friday. I was recently introduced to the Wheel of Time by a mutual friend. I am half-way done with the first book and I am amazed by this book. I'm so upset I was introduced to it before the untimely death of Robert Jordan. I would have loved to have met him.

 

Now I don't know too much about the series except for whats in the first book so far, but I would still love to discuss the book and get to know a lot of people and make friends. So, that's about it for my introduction lol.

Welcome!  I suggest you stay away from the General WoT discussion for now until you have completed the series because this board is full of spoilers for those who haven;t read the books yet. I personally avoided ALL WoT forums (even the structured ones) because spoilers get into you one way or another. To enjoy the books to the max, I would suggest coming back once you've completed Knife of Dreams.  ;D

 

Oh, and one more thing.

It is great to have a new member. I am definatly going to have to agree with RAND AL THOR. Avoiding these boards is a must unless you want everything ruined. But if you ever need anything explain search for it and if you cant find ask and just tell people in the topic where you are and they will do their best to help you.
