I am willing to take this on for the lot of you to finish up.  If you can tell me where you left off at and the basic run down of what has happened to date, I don't have time to read all three pages lol.  That and my brain is not completely working on lack of sleep (sick kid)

Basically Corwin was going over the intermediate forms.  They reviewed basic forms, sparred.  They did more basic forms and switched sparring partners.  Corwin taught a pair of them one set of forms and the other pair a different set.  Then he switched them up and had them spar so each new four forms that their opponent didn't know.  He wanted to throw them a challenge and gauge their ability to adjust to someone who knew something that they did not.

I think that basically sums it up.

so right at this very moment you are doing what??  I willl go read but I won't be able to get to it till Monday I'm pretty sure.

At this point Perivar is sparring Arath and Melenis is sparing Jasine.  Perivar and Jasine were taught one set of forms.  Arath and Melenis were taught another set.

Arath and Melenis learned: The Boar Rushes Down The Mountain, The Creeper Embraces the Oak, The Falling Leaf, and The Heron Spreads its Wings

Jasine and Perivar learned: The River Undercuts the Bank, The Swallow Takes Flight, The Swallow Rides the Air, Tower of Morning

Okay thanks.  I will follow up on this soon and make sure you guys keep moving forward.

You should have a little bit of freedom, Arath and I still have to post our halves of the spars, so it's not Corwin's "turn" to post yet.  Corwin was apparently planning a nasty surprise for us for the next day, but I certainly won't mind if that doesn't end up happening. ::)

I don't think any of us are using these two classes for our trainee reqs, they were just roleplay.  Perivar and I have already turned in our final Steps, so I know he doesn't need either of them.  I'd rather see the classes taught through until the end, but they're not necessary so if someone came in and called Corwin away and he didn't come back to finish it, that would be all the IC explanation needed.

No, we'll finish it cause I'm not sure if anyone else needs it.  I planned on having Jesse come in and take over telling Corwin his Aes Sedai wanted him.

If anyone needs it at all it would be Melenis though I am not even sure that she needs it.  I know she needed to finish a Req before we could go through with the TG ceremony though I don't know which class it was.

If Melenis doesn't need it then I wouldn't worry about finishing it unless someone really wants to complete it.

Actually, i'd need it. The vast majority of threads Melenis is in haven't been completed yet, which means she's still stuck at WS 3.

There's about... four threads marked as 'In Progress' for her, more than enough to reach the Final Steps requirement of WS 5... They just have to end first :/

Mel needs it Tal see the post above yours

Well, it's mostly about IC knowledge, really. I dislike leaving threads unfinished, and even if they can count as being finished i still want to actually get them done.

Not as a req, but as character development.

Meh, I just never really took to that thread :P

Maybe because you were scared of the instructor??? ;)

I will finish the class maybe not in the intended way but it will get finished.
