Okay I lost my list of who I had assigned to which phase of the killing spree so you can either PM me or just post.  I do apologize but hurricane evacuation upset alot of things.  I will be posting vic 4 in a few moments.

Hey Mat, can we/I set up a RP where Kyn nearly apprehends Cali, or, even better apprehends the wrong person? This is for the 'Failure' Req we discussed earlier?
