Also, this will be followed up by a StarTrek MMORPG coming out next year, where you play as a captain and can design not only your crew but your ship too.

Yeah, I was surprised by the delay, too.

 

I'd seen the ads during the past year advertising for 2008, but plugging "Star Trek (2008)" into IMDB recently yielded no results. I scrolled down the "partial matches" list in confusion and sadly clicked on "Star Trek (2009)" to figure out that Uhura is Anamaria, the pirate gal from Pirates.

 

And we'll see if STO (Star Trek Online) ends up getting released. It's been attempted a few times, this last regime change basically forcing the new company to start the project over again from scratch, with only a few pieces of concept art carrying over from the previous organization's work. This most recent company seems to have gotten a lot of work done in engine and art, though, so we'll see.

 

C'est la vie.

They did a good job with the guy who plays Spock. There's one picture in there though, where you can just scream Sylar when you see him. (Yes, I know its the same guy)
