I have been reading through rps and there is some truly amazing writing going on by members of this group. I sat there the other day and was almost in tears as I looked through all the posts. When I took this position on, this Division was in a bad place and I was afraid that we would never get back to active posting. Now we have ajah heads, sitters, staff members, novices, accepted, and more people joining everyday. Sometimes there are new posts all the way to the bottom of the first page and that gives me so much joy. I wanted to say thank you all of you. Keep up the great work, the writing is wonderful and my staff. You are amazing! *hugs*

Heh yup.

Maybe we should appoint an Assistant MoN, if our poor MoN starts getting too overworked to actually RP for herself with all the new members flowing in ^^;

It's awesome, Jade - the place was sort of echoing when I joined in Feb, and just look at us now! I think a lot of thanks are (is?) due to the Newbie greeters, and who-ever else is drawing people in.

I'm coping at the moment, but what's really needed are MENTORS !!  ;D

We've had many people stepping up and offering their services there, but at the rate we're growing, many more are needed. *Makes puppy eyes*  :D

I think it is great!!!

Sign me up Elgee. ;)

You know I can do as many as you need. I agree Elgee, I think we do have some great recruiters. LOL we do have an Assistant MON, Kara does the ooc stuff, though we don't have anyone to rp for her as James did.
