Basically, Black Ajah, you get to get fun titles with Sedai in it (ok there's waaaaaaaay more then that)

In my case Shaidar Sedai

And go to Sg Zaire, and say you want to join, you'll need 50 points before you can be Black Ajah, but you gain points fast enough ;)
