Yup, i generally start off with that one when i need a name. I have it generate a series of names, then break them down into syllables and divide them into three groups: 'start', 'middle' and 'ending', then put something together from that. For example:

 

Chaornin --> 'Cha' 'Or' 'Nin'

Rafondhra --> 'Ra' 'Fon' 'Dhra'

Elmindreda --> 'El' 'Min' 'Dre' 'Da' (not in the generator, but Min's real first name)

 

Starting group: 'Cha' 'Ra' 'El'

Middle group: 'Or' 'Fon' 'Min' 'Dre'

Ending group: 'Nin' 'Dhra' 'Da'

 

Putting a name together, i'll pick one from the starting group ('Cha'), one from the ending group ('Dhra') and flesh it out with the middle group. To me, flow is important in a name, it has to feel natural. After saying a couple of possible combinations out loud to myself (this is usually the hard part, where you often change starting and ending syllables) i end up with picking 'Min' from the middle group, forming the name 'Chamindhra'.

 

Other results could have been 'Radrenin', 'Elordrenin', 'Chaorda' and whatnot, but what you go for is ultimately up to you ^^
