OK i know this has nothing to do with WOT but i know that quite a few of you out there are programmers and web designers

so i have a question for you:

Im doing my final project for my A-Level computing course, in which i have to creat an online yearbook system using php mysql and the other obvious languages.

but the only problem i have at the moment is that the admin staff want to be able to upload an excel spreadsheet with the student details onto a form which when submitted auto populates the members table with there details, so that it does not have to uploaded manually.

So does anyone know of how to do this? i already know how to make the upload file field its just the scripts to auto populate the members table with the infomation from the excel spreadsheet when the form is submitted that i dont know how to do

Any help that can be given i will be extreamly grateful for

thank you
