lets say i wold someday go to DragonCon or something and i wanna have a "cool" costume, than it would be awesome looking like a Myrdraal.

but i don't have the knowledge or willpower to make one myself, so i'm asking if there is anywhere i could get one or have one made that doesn't look like shit?

Hmmm... my guess is you won't find one, as such.  But maybe you could look into ringwraith costumes from LOTR and adapt it??

off course, the biggest problems would be trying too see through the eyeless face and tha clothes untouched by wind

I don't know of anyone that makes Myrdraal costumes commercially.  If you can't make it yourself, my suggestion is to find a professional costume maker and custom order one. Aradani Studios does great work, and they are big WoT fans. http://www.aradanicostumes.com/

 

My estimate is that it will cost you at least $500 for the kind of costume you're thinking of.

Yeah, the eyeless face would probably be the toughest, you would have to use something semi-transparent for the eyes. I did special effects makeup in hollywood for a bit, and like tho other poster said you would probably best getting a custom mask, the clothes can be homemade without too much trouble. A good mask will cost you though, and any custome mask will not be cheap. You might want to just look around on the internet and find a mask that looks pretty close, then modify it however you want. Theres a lot of good Myrrdraal art out there, shouldnt be too tough to get something going. Good Luck!
