Well I think I might be the only Irish person in Dragonmount!!

 

Hi! well my name is Kilian and i'm 16 and from Ireland. Truth be told im actually only on the 7th book and I have to be careful what I read!! i dont normally do this kind of thing but I think the books are just amazing so ....here I am!!

 

I'm sure our Mayleigh would disagree with that - she's definitely Irish. ;)  I don't know that there are a *lot* of Irish folk around, but there are definitely *some*.

 

It's a pretty good time around here - lots to see and do.  Whether you want to talk about the books, make new friends, or write stories in the Wheel of Time setting, I bet you find something that suits.

Anyway, I had the same mind set when I joined Dragonmount, though I was already done with the series I had never actualy joined a site like this, let alone be an actualy active member of one, but here I am, active and part of the staff greeting new people with open arms and a smile  ;D

 

Anyway, down to busness, since you dont normaly do this stuff I shall tell you about the site so you can get an idea of what you want to do around here.

 

The top of the forum is kind of self explanitory, its all about the books, from the Robert Jordan memorial forum to the Eye of The World book discusion forum (Go to the EoTW book discusion if you dont want spoilers)

After that is the general forums were people talk about just about everything you can think of along with the help desk (Aka Ask the Staff) and ofcourse the new members forum which we are on now.

Beyond that are the disscusion groups (I havnt spent much time there so I cant tell you about them).

After that there is the Orgs, like gient theamed clubs, you can be in all of them at the same time or just one depending on what you want. They talk about alot of stuff, and host games and stuff like that.

Beyond that is were I tend to hang out, the Divs/PSW (Portal Stone World) were we weave the threads of charicters we have created in our own version of the Wheel of Time storyline with its own hestory and spin on events such as the Stone of Tear.

 

Anyway, again welcome to Dragonmount, and have a look around we are all friendly and rarely bite (Well, the wolfkin might :P). Have fun storming the Mount  ;D

Not from Ireland but ... you aren't a lone here. We have more than just Mayleigh but they seem to be missing. Ireond, is he Scot or Irish??
