Hi everybody...

 

As some of you know, I have long resisted the possibility (or actuality) of developing a set of off-site boards for us to use here at the Black Tower.

 

I am giving it some consideration once again, and also looking for input from you all as to your opinions on whether it's a good idea or not, personal experiences with off-site boards (either here at DM in other Divs or off DM or whatever the case may be).

 

So chip in, give your 2, 10 or 50 cents worth.

As a Div leader I do like having some offsite boards, it helped me keep a lot of things organized and allowed for a lot of information to be stores in one place. I resisted as well but I'm happy now that I caved.

there is plenty of advantages...like the organising thing and stuff...backside of the medal migth be that there become more and more boards to check so for those users with many chars they migth not have time to fully keep up to date on those...as such its i'd say important to keep using these ooc boards with anouncements and stuff too...so you get 2 places to post changes or such...aka ups and downs as with all things in life...it just comes down to personal prefrences...personaly i normaly thinnk they are good and like them untill i hit a bussy phase then at times i wish there where less (as a user)
