Azrael is having password and email password reset difficulties.  any ideas?

Is he using Firefox? Because I run into the exact same difficulties when I use Firefox. If he uses IE he shouldn't run into any difficulties.

 

I just had to reset my password AGAIN the yesterday when I thought I would try again for the bazillionth time to get DM to process my password through Firefox..only to be denied AGAIN. You know the definition of insanity? Yeah, that's me and Firefox with DM.

no, he's using IE.  he doesn't even know which email addy he has registered with reset stuff.  or which password he used.

well what I would do is try all my emails until one worked. Barring that, if he seriously has that many emails, that he is unable to do that, I would send an email to help@dragonmount.com, or webmaster@dragonmount.com .

k.  i told him his dm name is casesensitive.
