Yes you do. The idea behind mentoring is to pair an experienced, established member with a new one. It keeps our established anchored to the community by providing them with new contacts and it helps bring in our newer members by giving them someone they know immediately.

I didn't commit a crime, honest! I just went through the New Members forums and asked every newbie to check out the Green Ajah.....

That's not a bad thing, sweetie, that's just promoting. We don't mind that (although I would've liked it more if you promoted the Blues, of course ;)).

We kinda fight over who gets to ask them to go by the Ajah boards...... (I know that on one there's people asking the newbie to visit the Green, Blue, and Yellow, and and the poor person just got confused.

*hopes all newbies she visited visit the Green Ajah*

Well that's natural :) Imagine being a newbie yourself and being inundated with being told where to go *lol* But there's nothing wrong with it. Just maybe leave it to only the White Tower Boards, because then newbies won't get confused.

*hugs*

*laughs* I consider that good advertising, though I think I'd drag 'em through the Tower doors before dragging them to Ajah quarters (yeah, like Nia said. ;) ) . *grins and shrugs* Whatever works, right?
