Llewelyn will be available to either you or Jaydena once he becomes a TG (which will be, I guess, in a very long time, at least a few month). You'll just have to shake him a little out of his... obsession for his childhood friend, and I guess it will need time and a well developped relationship...

 

Well, at least he came to the Tower with the idea of becoming a Warder...
