Had to include some non-movie/series villians/hereos, simply because. A) some became movies, B) some are just that awesome.

Pretty good lists, yeah, some of the heroes I disagree with (Potter for one : p) and they sire as hell need some Montoya there, but the villains list is good. Lacks HAL 9000 though.
