I'm new, obviously. I went to JordanCon this past weekend and met a bunch of really cool people, so I thought I'd join! :)

Did we get to meet? I was dressed up as Cadsuane at the Cairhiennan Ball Saturday night. My hubby was the tall, imposing Warder that was wandering around.

 

 

Welcome! Did I happen to meet you? I was chairing the con, so I was running around like a loon most of the weekend.

Welcome! All these people joining after going to the con makes me sad that I am only 17 and cant drive my self there  :'(

Oh I recognized the lady as Cadsuane, I just didn't realize Cadsuane was a member of Dragonmount.  I'm still very much a lurker here, but it's nice to put Inter-names to real life faces all the same.  :)

Welcome to Dragonmount, it's a great site and I am so glad you decided to join us. Be sure to check out all the orgs and and divisions if you like roleplaying.

Oh and Jaydena, thank you. I do like to RP, but I don't really understand the orgs and divisions. So far I have been too lazy to try to figure them out, haha.

The ORGs and Divs are seperate entities. The Divs are for the RP side only; whereas the ORGs are non-RP groups. They are not linked, so you don't have to be a member of both, i.e. you can join the WT Div but also join the Band of the Red Hand ORG and not be a member of the Band of the Red Hand Div.

 

That makes sense in my mind - so I hope you understand it! lol!

Ah ha! I do know you. You were in my hotel room on Friday night when Jimmy admitted that he was wrong and that JordanCon really WAS a good idea. You're one of my witnesses!

It's true!! And I'm going to come back every time to reinforce that!! :D

 

Now if only they'd build me a monorail from NY to Atlanta, lol.
