Imagine my surprise when I found the thread vanished. Where has it gone?

 

Or did you finally figure it out? Could I please be directed to the thread? Or given the answer?

There is no answer, as for finding it, try the search function. Now everyone move along, nothing to see here, Who killed asmodean debate does not need more fuel  ;D
