Basically, there's a very short form you fill out, and I think you have to PM the Mistress of Novices.  It's super easy.

It's probably because you haven't signed into a roll call for 6 months. I'll have a look when I get in from work tonight.

 

And why the worst mentor? Out of the countless hundreds (and it feels like that) algai I have been given by Lor and Taya, the former MoN, I've had 3 raised to Manshima or above. So feel free to ask for a new one now - or prove that record wrong.
