I haven't even played as the Sniper or Spy yet, actually. The servers have been flooded with them, and they are my favorite targets when I'm a Pyro. The new Payload Race map, Pipeline, is pretty awesome, though.

 

However, Valve changed the way items are awarded. They are now random drops in-game, not achievement awards. This comes just as I get enough achievements to get the last Pyro unlock. :( On further inspection, it seems that I got the Axetinguisher after all.

Ironic in that it was a strange coincidence.  It's always ironic when you learn about something new and it pops up almost immediately after that in a different situation.
