    Okay, so these aren't purchases, per se - I work at a book/music store, and sometimes we get to take home the store CDs for free :biggrin: I recently got a whole bunch:

    Now - Linda Eder

    Bach: A Strange Beauty - Simone Dinnerstein

    I also bought a song of iTunes, which I heard rewatching Lost - "I Shall Not Walk Alone" by Ben Harper.

    So for Christmas I got:

     

    Adele's 21

    Beyonce's 4 (was not nearly as good as her Sasha Fierce album)

     

    I also bought 2 albums on iTunes - Coldplay's Mylo Xyloto and Adele's 19

    Discovering all sorts of threads today.

     

    Latest album purchase was 'The Ol' Razze Dazzle', Missy Higgins newest album. It's seeming very good so far, if a bit different from her last few albums, a bit less acoustic.

     

    I've plans to listen to it properly; album review pending. ;)

    About 15 minutes ago I got this download from the MAKTUB website.

     

    I've followed this band for nearly ten years. I seem to recall at least one if not two reviews I did on the old Band Boards as a matter of fact. This is probably not everyone's 'cuppa but it's a nice selection of songs from albums they did over a ten year period. And you can't go wrong on the price! How does FREE sound to try something new to you?
