I'm playing a NSW and an Red AS in the thread and I know not all the AS are getting bonded that were in the gardens. Can't more Asha'man than needed come along who are interested in RPing reaction and just not be included in the offer to bond as they chill with the rest of us non-bonding people as collateral? I know the BT Asha'man in the books first tried to bond with some of their wives, to let 'em know they're safe. :)

No, only a specified party is showing up from the BT.  They were all chosen (IC) to be offered as bondmates for the Aes Sedai and are arriving as an embassy.  After the treaty is reaffirmed, I'm sure your character would be welcome to visit the BT, as they are able to visit Tar Valon.
