Atlas Entertainment and Hollywood Gang are planning to produce a post-apocalyptic take on the "Robin Hood" legend reports Risky Biz Blog.

 

The action/adventure will be set in a dystopian London and center on a band of thieves whose activities restore hope to the city's embattled population.

 

Commercials director Nicolai Fuglsig, who pitched the project, has signed on to direct from a script by Jason Hall. No title has yet been set.

 

Charles Roven ("The Dark Knight"), Gianni Nunnari ("300") and Richard Suckle will produce.

Hell, it could be cool :p

When I first heard about this, my reaction was "Aw Hell No!"  But then I thought about it and now I'm kind of excited.  Done right, the changes could be brilliant.  So here's hoping they get it right.
