Restructure and staff needed

Ok in the past i tried different variations after leaving Rahvin's system to making this division come up and run again...which works for periods and then the air goes out of the balloon again is how I feel it..hence we are going to do some changes, before I have to start over from the same point I have in past when we fell into a low activity-point

That means the following positions need filling

OOC Operations Executive - for checking the ooc boards for bad language as well as promote activety

Liasson & RP Executive - for all rp related things, bio checking, rp planing

Marketing and Recruitment Executive - market the division and recruit new members
