She sent alot of Black Ajah out to perform alot of various missions. Some we know, others we dont.If i had to quess that could be some of what he is talkign about. Of course with the Forsaken, who knows how many plots, and people they are manipulating behind closed doors but they themselves.

Didnt her breaking the boat Nynaeve was on enable the Shadow to get hold of the male adam? Or am I getting two things mixed up?

Unrelated. They happened at different times.

The Shadow got a hold of the sad bracelets because of Egeanin, I believe she was forced by Suroth to hand them over. Hence, their duplication and how several copies wound up with Semirhage.
