Have we really even heard from the defense?  It seems like the prosecutor has said a lot more.  :-\

 

Of course, if the defense is too bored to say much, we can just rush to the sentence already.  :P

nope Dwyn, we haven't. The criminal, I mean defended has refrained from taking a defense atourney (attourney? this lack of spelling ability is purely Kath's fault. Slacking on the job, I say. Not taking the time to teach her subjects properly). She wanted to hold her own defense.

 

And may I add, honorable co-judgers, that she keeps incriminating herself in other threads? I have here, somewhere, it's in one of my pouches I'm sure, undisputable evidence of something or other.

Yes, that's exactly what needs to be proven by the defense. We don't have time to read old records! We're big shot judges! Look, we got the robes and fringed hats. We're busy people, you know.
