Another idea: I have a retro rp going with Jural and Sangreal playing a Tairen nobleman (TTPC) who's fixing to get vengeance on Visar for that guy in Tear he killed.  Since Visar came to Mistress Thera a long time ago asking for justice and asylum in the Tower, perhaps Thera could participate in some way?  Up to you, Sangreal was thinking the nobleman would send a letter to Tar Valon first asking to send Visar back to Tear to be hanged for thievery (true) and murder (not quite true).  You're welcome to participate in some way, maybe making a reply back on behalf of the Tower?  Up to you, I can fill you in with more detail if you're interested.

I would love to help you out with your RP for Visar. As for the other two....
