When a man and a woman link I am assuming that, lets say a man is controlling the circle, the man can see the flows of saidar. So can he see what other women are channeling while he is linked? See them weaving saidar?

I don't think so. Remember the cleansing, when Eben, Daigian and Beldeine faced Aran'gar. Daigian controlled the circle, but didn't see Aran'gar's weaves until Eben shouted that she channeled Saidin.

It wasn't until KoD that the Aes Sedai could even sense when a man was channeling Saidin. It's going to take a bit more work (if it's even possible) to see the weaves.
