These are all I could think of late at night.  Any more suggestions and I will try to find videos to put up.  It was a lot harder than I expected to find these videos.

 

I really, really like Lie to Me's opening sequence.  Great music and it never gets old because I'm always watching the expressions people show.

I presume then this only includes shows that our currently airing? Because if it doesn't I sing the firefly intro when im driving in my car sometimes XD

 

Other then that I'd probably say the intro to castle

Out of those, House. Most of the themes were just painfully bad.

 

But nothing on telly today comes even close to Twin Peaks.

Lost and Heroes have opening title sequences? They just have title cards.

 

And yeah, True Blood is an absolute no-brainer. The song is excellent and the way it's used is superb. The only problem is that it seems to set up the show as being much darker and dirtier than it actually is, and doesn't reflect the show's very self-aware silly side.

 

Of all time, Twin Peaks is a good choice, as is the original Battlestar Galactica (awesome fanfare). Doctor Who is a classic as well. The Wire's opening theme tune was also great, with a different cover version every year. Season 1's was probably the best.

For me, it's a toss-up between True Blood and The Littlest Hobo

 

I'd vote for Doctor Who - every version of the theme since 1963 is cool, but my favorite one is the 2005 version as I only discovered the series with the 2005 version.
