As far as I know, these don't exist for sale anywhere. The ones I have were given to me as promotional items by the publisher and they had to special order them.

Lord knows why you would want to hang those atrocities on your wall anyway, they look horrible! (Assuming we're talking about the US covers here)

Not unless you have a good rapport with the faculty, but it is just to make my idea easier.  I would suggest tracking down a large format printer then scanning and printing larger copies of the book covers.

If you really want to go through with this, get the BBWBA.

 

They have covers up to Book 7, with no text, and much larger than the book covers themselves.

 

You could then blow up those, or even cut them out of the book.

Like another poster told, the guide has the covers of books 1 through 7; an updated version I heard has 1 through 8.
