I'm debating whether or not to load "Skullcrusher Mountain" on my husband's iPod and take it with me when I caravan up to the mountains this weekend for the staff retreat. I'll be riding with my boss.

So, is riding with your boss a bad thing or a good thing?

I, unfortunately, also have a retreat this weekend. My school's orientation program is this weekend, and it's a mandatory event for all new-type students like me.

Ugh.

Even worse, I'm about the only male in the program, so I won't have anyone to complain to about the fact that I'm being asked to forfeit an entire weekend of football. (I know, I'm not finding a sympathetic ear here).

So, where was I going with this? I hope you survive your retreat, and that your iPod gives you a break from either schmoozing with or listening to the boss...

You know who's an awesome group? (Completely unrelated to Kathana's, whom I haven't yet checked out.) Great Big Sea.

Just saying...

Pfft, you're so behind the curve on this one, Jenn... should listen to the station I DJ on and you might be more with the JoCo trend -winks-

I recommend First of May to all.. it's my favorite of his, and you'll all soon understand why. Skullcrusher Mountain does indeed pwn, and i also recommend Mandlebrot Set VERY highly <3

-dodges a whap and runs back into hiding-

It just struck me as silly, that people were assuming that someone who was interested in the soulful comedic stylings of Jonathon Coulton would also be interested in nu-metal.

*heals Val's fingers*

sorry for the green colour ...

i'll download the stuff when i am on my own compy this eve
