I'm a final fantasy nut.  I BELIEVE I have 100% all of them that are available to the western market (I get confused with the FF6 and below...)

Also, I'm one of those few crazies that thinks FF8 was a great game.

FF8, with Squall?!? I think that was the one with super long summons/attacks that you couldn't skip.

Aye, that'd be the one.

Also, don't forget the binding of magic to your physical attacks so that if you used magic you because less powerful.

Also, don't forget that there was no mana per se, and you had to go around and collect usable quantized magic packs from enemies or specific spots in the ground.

Also, don't forget that you had no control over which limit break you used (it was random between the first, crappy limit, and your uber one).

I think that was my button mashing days.  So I was perfectly happy to tap X to increase summons power, and time each attack so that you got extra damage.

Never played any of the FF games, though I wanted to try FF7 and Crisis Core cause they look awesome.

I've seen both the films, loved Advent Children, hated the other one (can't remember what it was called).

Is that not Crisis Core in your sig?

In FF10 I trained my people so that everyone including all my aeons always do 99999 damage but I STILL have difficulties.

that is one thing i do not like about FF. they don't ever have the same characters from what i have been told.

Well, it's not really a series.  It's just a bunch of RPG's with a common name.

Why do they call it Final Fantasy anyway?
