Sorry for the MIA.  I had just gotten back to being here regularly, if lightly, and Lloyd got difficult. 

 

Another trip to the hospital.  ICU for 5 days, breathing tube, feeding tube, etc.  Got him home last night.  He is absolutely fabulous, talking in the voice I remember as opposed to the recent slurred voice, eating like a madman.  And trying out his bows.  It's been months since he tried that seriously.  Seems like it was a bad reaction to an antibiotic, possible one he shouldn't have anyway due to his chronic condition.  First dose was OK, but less than an hour after the second dose he was to able to breath and I called paramedics. 

 

I slept in a chair, when I slept, all week.  But last night, 11 hours in my own bed.  :)

 

Now, back to work to see if I still have a job till next month (layoff date) due to the "not your husband, no family leave" policy.

*hugs* Sorry to hear about that sweetie. I am glad he is doing better and that work thing suck. Totally unfair but I can only hope that they are nice about it.

Work is ok, so far.  I think we are too close to the end for any problem about attendance.  I didn't have any time on the books, though, so no pay for last week.  But I knew that in advance.

*hugs Ursula and bounces*  I'm so glad that Lloyd is doing better!  That had to be scary and stressful!  and those chairs are just not made for comfort!

 

and you're going to be a granny!?  YIPPEE!  that is awesome!  I hadn't heard that joyful news yet!  and a wedding!!?  All kinds of happy celebrations..even in the midst of the job thingy and lloyd getting sick!  I'm so happy for you Ursula!

 

*grins*  you know what i really like though?  Is getting to have you around the kin more again!  I've missed you so much dear one! *grins and hugs again*
