Mom always says an apple a day...figured the cinnamon and sugar and nutmeg can't hurt either :)

I'm much better actually! Well at least i can stay at the computer as long as i want!

Still coughing plenty but i feel great i even took a walk yesterday morning. I just really need to be completely better by Christmas, i don't want to miss anything!
