I'm only assuming that I need someone to formally teach me some sword-swinging, but if there is another way I can do either.  Having a WS higher than 1 would be uh... great.  ;D  I'd like to at least not hurt myself here LOL.

You don't have to actually RP weapons training though you may opt to as one of your non-saidin RP's.  Each BT char gets an automatic WS increase with an increase in rank (Dedicated, Asha'man).  As I said you may still do it if you wish as one of your Reqs.

wow that's awesome  >.>  Maybe I'll save that for one of my Dedicated RPs then.  In the meantime he can just learn some knitting or something  ::)  kidding of course. 

Knitting might suit your character well if he is unskilled and burns holes in his current garments.  ;D

Right.  And right after the knitting class come wine sampling 101.  Very popular class I hear. :P

::D  From what I've seen, Lavinya's char Olivia would be teaching that one.  Such an important class would need a true BoozeMaster in charge ;)
