I was just thinking about the fact that Aginor/Osan'gar has thus far been the only Forsaken to die twice and neither time by balefire.  Therefore, would it not make for a nice bit or irony if the DO decided to punish him for his double failure by reincarnating him as a Trolloc or some other shadow spawn?  It would make a nice mirror for the irony of Balthamal being reincarnated as a woman and would be a bit of comeuppance for Aginor being amused by said irony.

Can you refresh my memory on the way this Aginor died both times? I completely forgot hah.

he died in EotW, Rand kills him while fighting for the eye.

 

he then gets killed as Dashiva during the cleansing.

Aginor died the first time at the end of TEotW because he drew more of the One Power than his decayed body could handle.   He was reincarnated as Osan'gar in the prologue of LoC and was killed the second at the cleansing of Saidin by Elza using Callandor.
