Thought i'd give my official hello here since I already said hi in the UK thread an they all seem pretty nice.

 

WoT is pretty much the first real book I've read since school years but within the last year I got very addicted to it and only really looked at DM for the blogs and gallery (love seeing people's vision of characters). But just started lurking forums which had been interesting!  ;D

 

Anyways I recently finished The Gathering Storm an loved it so much i've started Brandon's Mistborn trilogy which I think is awesome. An thats where I'm up to basically. So hi everyone! my names Stephen  ;)

DM has been loads of fun so far.  Welcome!  If you wander around to the different orgs, you can probably get cookies.  Except @ Shayol Ghul - they stab.

The descriptions under boards are really general. You'd need to post in the boards to get a real feel of what they're about :)

That is what we have our three factions do, but there is more.

The WT is a lot more complex (just joined).

The WT org is not really complex. It's just different. Each org has its own system and ranks. It's really subjective as to what place seems more easy going.

There are like..orgs within the Org..

But I think it is good so far.

it just takes more time to know whats what.

Your question regarding joining more than one ORG has been answered, but it is best to join a one or a few to begin with so you don't overburden yourself. Enjoy looking around, and don't hesitate to ask for any tips if you get lost and/or confused.

 

But whatever you do at DM, have fun! :)
