ATTN All: Changes to Cookpot Rules

As of today, all current cookpots are declared null and void. I can't be bothered trying to sort through the mess that is the current cookpot thread and work out who's got who.

1) To cookpot somebody, you must be level two or higher. All factions are eligible.

2) Each member may cookpot any one lightful (level one). Multiple members may cookpot the same ful.

3) When the ful raises to level two, the person who cookpotted them gets 50 points.

4) If multiple people are cookpotting a ful, then points are split by means of a prisoner's dilemma. The first person who cookpotted the ful gets a privileged position, and can cast one vote in the dilemma. The other people must decide amongst themselves (by means of a public poll) what vote they will cast. People can choose to split points equally, or to have a 'winner takes all' game in Thak. If the two votes agree, then that course of action will be taken; else, everybody only gets 5 points each.
