After Min's post, if I were Mafia by now I'd be saying, "well, the jig is up". I'm telling you though this is not the case. Min obviously died because she hid with Mafia, but I'm doubting the veracity of her ghost's words. While she could have hid with anyone, I'm betting on the idea that she hid with Pookie. I know it seems like a stretch to see me as innocent, but don't you think it is just a bit too convenient to single someone out this way?

 

As for the rest, I do not mean to be cryptic, but I just can't elaborate more. I'm only referring to posts made since this current day began though.

No, actually a scum wouldn't just give up. They would fight for their lives, and lay down plans.

Anyone who, in their death post, calls out to target a specific player or posts anything other than  something like "damn I died" is going against rules of the game.  That is not confirming what she said at all.  ANY direct pointing after death.. by any player.. is WRONG.  My reaction was what it was.  Don't rely on her post to determine who is mafia.  She's not the mod and she could be wrong.

 

I would NEVER modkill another player for something someone else did.  How is that fair to the person who takes the fall for it?  Just my opinion and how I'm handling it.  You don't have to agree.  Just be glad I talked it over with a fellow mod.  I was ready to end the game for the actions.  It is very shady and unfair playing.

Well Ed, let's face it - at this point anything I say is going to sound highly suspect. I know what you mean though, because after Talya had been targeted her responses sounded the same way to me, which is why I went along with the vote. A lot of this game has just been confusing to me, and I know that sounds flimsy and perhaps you won't think I am particularly bright, but that is the truth of it.  :(

 

Despite all that, I will say outright that I've been set-up here, and lynching me would fall exactly into the mafia's plan - its as simple as that.

Well, after the Talya fiasco, I'm not voting until I hear from more people, but you aren't really changing my mind, Aust. At this point, I'm going with either you or Red. I'll wait to see what she has to say first.

 

 

Rereading.

I found the Talya lynch extremely scummy.  I also was kinda miffed that I had used my ability to revive her and she was lynched after she had already flipped innocent once.  Everything you have been doing starting with your switch of Pete and Talya has confused me, Lily.  I still don't understand anything about that switch.  I don't know why you did it, and I don't understand whether or not it worked.  I know you didn't start scum, but you have been acting pretty scummy lately.

 

Right now I'm not buying Pookie's roleclaim.  She promised to name my "prop" though, so I would like her to do that.

 

As for Min's post about Aust, I think it means we have to lynch Aust.  I really hate the situation, but I don't see Min lying about that and I can't just forget about her posting it.

 

I think there are some others we're letting off the hook too easily too.  As far as I know, TMD, Tigraine, and Player (he's still playing right?) haven't been confirmed innocent or not mafia by anyone.  TMD and Tigs have linked themselves together, so it's likely they have the same alignment, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is innocent.

Oh, and I'm also curious to see what Red has for us.

I honestly still have not sorted out what happened that night, either, Wombat. Pete never got any powers, and he was supposed to get to double heal. I quit trying to sort it out when I got accused of being mafia because I didn't understand what had happened. Well, that and my health issues that day. I just let it go.

 

I can see why you suspect me, and I would, too. If it had worked as planned, there wouldn't be this issue now. But since it didn't, the mafia is having a good laugh at my expense. Do I care? Not really. I'm going to keep trying to win this for the town until it's over or it's over for me, whichever comes first.

 

I'd genuinely like to know if anyone has any other ideas as to why Red has not been nightkilled yet. It just doesn't add up that the mafia would be ignoring her and letting her find them one by one. Even trying to turn it into a WIFOM in my mind (not my strongest suit) it doesn't add up. I wouldn't create a WIFOM rather than kill the finder. Why would anyone do that? If there is any other explanation, I'd love to hear it. Simple logic tells me that if the finder is still alive when the healer isn't, there is a reason, and the reason can only be that she's been recruited. So, what am I missing?

 

As for Tigs/TMD, I agree that people have accepted their stories without question, and have even commented on that to a mafia team I'm in in another game, that we might use that strategy. If it works for real, it will work for mafia. Which then made me wonder..... IS IT WORKING FOR REAL? Is it mafia or is it Memorex? I honestly don't know.

 

Too many questions, not enough answers. I'm waiting to see what you all decide for now.

i was away this entire weekand, and it seems alot has happened. sorry people, had to hold a spuerbowl party this wekand so i had to get the house ready and the food :)  no i don't have a hangover, sadly me and bubba didn't make it to New Orleans  ;)

 

okay so now about what has happened in the thread. 

 

first off no one made me the leader of this town  >:(  i never assumed the roll either.  this is a team effort and there is no I in team.  to win this we all need to work together, i've said this before.  following just one persons advice, no matter how skilled she or he is, can cost us alot. so the advice i offer for everyone is to go with your instincts and take what everyone else says into consideration.  if it makes sense then follow the adivce, if you don't agree with it then don't follow it. 

 

i didn't agree with the lynch on talya, and i only voted for her reluctantly.  i saw valid points in both lily and her arguements and voted for talya after she had voted for her self.  an actual lynch is better than a random mod kill imo.

 

Min *shakes head*  your lucky you didn't get one of us killed.  i think, if i was mod, i would do exactly what krak suggested and make him either invincible or allow him to take someone down with him if he's lynched.  i'm thinking that what min said was true, and that he is mafia.  that said, i'm weary about lynching him becuase of what Nae might done to have countered what Min did

as for why i haven't been nk'd yet.  well i'm stumped to that as well.  i've been expecting to be nk'd since i outed myself as finder honestly.  i remember Talya saying soemthing about the switch being perminate, and pete was the nk target, so maybe the mafia believed her.  but since i'm not mafia, i can't tell you what their thinking or their strategy.

 

i veiwed wombat last night and he's innocent.

 

lily, i didn't get the Pm about being doubled utnil i logged in this morning, so i don't know if Nae will let me veiw someone else.
