Gee good luck with the laptop! Computer problems can be so frustrating - I always think that if we could just get the computers to talk to us, we'd all get along so much better. I once had a long argument with my computer when it was broken, using very vivid language... unfortunately I accidentally hit the intercom button on my phone to the front reception area with a particularly emphatic gesture (I was making a winning point). The computer won the argument. Oh, and the office people gave me a wide berth in the halls after that.
