Im going to keep looking for you to nail it down, but right off top of my head, i BELIIIIEVE it is the first chapter after the chapter called ''Six Stories'' in Book 7.

 

Mat called that lady it. Its not the worst thing he could have said to her...but it came close ;)

There's this search engine where one can search key words, and get chapters where the key words occur. So if one knows the exact phrase, and it's not very common, then one can see where to look.
