Not really, at the moment I'm being "yelled" at by a customer who thinks I don't have "customer relation skills" because I told her the loan was for 1200 and she only got 1150 due to JH taking a $50 application fee.

Our teller system is Jack Henery (JH)

No darling, we use Fiserv, but I was talking about JH meaning jackson Hewitt.

:\ Fiserv was what we used to use for our branch capture. ^^ We are now using Jack Henry across the board though. (_meaning it's the program we use to do our transactions in and such) ^^

 

 

I don't know what the ATM machines use... which reminds me I still need to steal one.

... um.. I know that for our ATM we use Deibold. :D
